The Liturgy Office liaises with, and provides support for, Diocesan agencies and Parish Support Unit staff. It provides leadership in the development and maintenance of liturgy ministry programs.
The Liturgy Office, in collaboration with host Parishes, is responsible for the organisation of all major Diocesan Liturgical celebrations.
The Diocesan Liturgical Commission provides a forum for development of policies and guidelines for liturgical life and practice in the Diocese. It assists the Bishop in facilitation of all Diocesan liturgical activities and programs. The Commission provides guidelines for education, formation and training in liturgy.
