Regular baby Baptisms are celebrated outside the Mass. Baptisms are at 11.30am usually on the First Sunday of
each month at Our Lady of Good Counsel, Forestville and on the Third Sunday of each month at St. Martin de Porres, Davidson and and at 12 noon on the fourth Sunday of each month at St Anthony in the Fields Church, Terrey Hills.

Bookings must be made and are taken on a first come, first served basis. Bookings can only be made by contacting
the Parish Office, 9451-5097. For maximum comfort and enjoyment of this celebration for yourselves and your guests,
usually only up to four families are accepted on each Baptismal day.

Baptism bookings can be made by Catholic residents of Frenchs Forest Parish who are making a booking for their
child up to the age of 4 years.

Once a booking is made and confirmed, a Baptismal Pack is to be collected from the Parish Office. The highly
informative pack includes an Enrolment for Baptism Form that requires completion together with a section for the
parents to read and sign, and the godparents to read and sign. This form, together with a completed Census Form
(also found in the pack) must be returned to the Parish Office as soon as possible to secure a place for baptism on the designated day. All other material is for your information.

The Baptism Ceremony usually takes 45 to 60 minutes.

Frenchs Forest Parish has no set fee for Baptisms, however we do ask that an offering in thanksgiving for your child’s Baptism be inserted in the envelope provided and handed to Father after the Baptism Ceremony.

In certain circumstances private baptism ceremonies can be organised in any of our churches by paying a donation for the use of the facility.
