Children's Liturgy of the Word
Celebrated at the 5.00pm Vigil Mass on the weekend of the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays of the month and at the 9.30am Mass on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month, during school term. (Effective from 1st March, 2009)
Children’s Liturgy of the Word involves children from Kindergarten to Year 4 having a separate Liturgy of the Word at their own level. Children are called forward after the opening prayer, given a blessing and led to the place where the Children's Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated. Children return to join their families in the church for the Liturgy of the Eucharist
