Visitation Groups
A team of people who make regular visits on a rostered basis to Wyong Hospital, the two nursing homes within the parish, and to parishioners in their homes. 

Wyong Hospital
Visited every Monday. In accordance with hospital regulations, only those who are Catholic are visited. Arrangements can be made for them to receive Holy Communion or to be visited by a priest for Reconciliation and Anointing of the Sick.

Nursing Homes
Mass is celebrated in each home on a monthly basis and members of the Legion of Mary assist in preparation by bringing residents from their rooms. Holy Communion is taken to residents once a week. Some of the residents, who are lonely, are visited individually by a member of the team to offer friendship. 

Home Visits
On Mondays, Holy Communion is taken to approximately 20 parishioners by Eucharistic Ministers. In addition visits are made on other days to suit the needs of the parishioners.
