The Holy Family Public Speaking Competition is an annual event that involves all students from years one to six. Students choose from a list of topics, then write, practise and deliver speeches on a variety of topics. Students develop skills in speech writing, progression of ideas, voice projection, energy, eye contact, relationship with audience and self-confidence.
