The availability of technology at OLOR provides opportunities for our students to research from the internet, explore ideas and record learning using various Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher. The students also have access to the ‘ilife’ suite of programmes including garage band, imovie, comiclife and iphoto.
Every classroom including the library has desktop computers available for the students to use. We have a combination of DELL and MAC laptops on the Stage 2 and Stage 3 computer trolleys. The Early Stage 1 and Stage 1 trolley has MAC laptops. Classes each have a digital camera to use. In each Stage, students have access to a data projector and a video camera. We also have a bank of MP3 players and an Ipod speaker for students to have books recorded as an audio file.
