At Prouille the Student Leadership structure is integral to the effective operation of the school. Importantly, the Student Leadership structure provides a unique opportunity for students to develop their leadership capacity.
Prouille School does have elected School Captains and Colour House Captains, but every student is assigned a specific leadership role. A strong culture exists where all Year 6 students are leaders.
This is based on the theory that: “If Year 6 leaders are outstanding role models, the rest of the Student Body will emulate their behaviour.”
