St Cecilia's offers its students a comprehensive curriculum across the Key Learning Areas of Religious Education, English, Mathematics, Human Society and Its Environment, Science and Technology, Personal Development, Health and Physical Education, and the Creative and Practical Arts. 

Teachers follow the NSW Board of Studies Syllabus documents as the central core of their classroom programs.
