St Kevin's children and Father Victor at St Kevin's Church

The school has always maintained very close links with the St Kevin’s church community which is part of the Parish of Warringah.  We enjoy an excellent rapport with our parish priests and community, and our also developing closer links with the other Warringah Parish primary school, St John's, Narraweena.

Parish priests regularly visit the staffroom and liaise with the Principal, Religious Education Coordinator (REC) and teachers to deepen school and parish relationships. Children and parents are welcomed and encouraged to attend liturgical celebrations.

The principal and REC offer children and parents an opportunity to attend Mass at 8:30am on Thursday mornings. The classes from the school often attend the Friday 12:00 Mass and are increasingly being involved in the liturgy. Once a term there is a Parish / Family Mass at 6:00pm on a Saturday evening. A sausage sizzle and refreshments follow.
