Jesus Christ is our inspiration for all pastoral care within the school community. Through pastoral care we ensure the needs of all children are met enabling their full development and that appropriate care is provided to develop the whole child.

Therefore we

• Believe that everyone has the right to feel safe and happy
• Believe that all members of the community are responsible for the pastoral care of each other

Expected Outcomes

• That the children of St Kieran's will know and demonstrate the values found in our school vision & mission statement
• Staff identify specific behavioural issues in regard to particular students
• Peer Support will continue in the school with an emphasis on anti-bullying
• The school community will be aware of the behaviour management policy and all of its expectations
