Appointment of Principal
I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Anthony Gleeson as Principal of St Leo's Catholic College.
Anthony has held the position of Assistant Principal at the College since 2006. Prior to this he was Assistant Principal at St Paul's Catholic College, Manly (2000-2006) and Senior Studies Coordinator at Waverley College (1998-1999). Anthony has been teaching in Catholic secondary schools since 1992.
Anthony's qualifications include Master of Educational Administration from the University of New South Wales, Bachelor of Education from the Catholic College of Education and Diploma of Religious Education and Diploma of Teaching from the Catholic College of Education, Sydney.
Anthony is an active member of Mary Mackillop Parish, Arncliffe, where he is an Acolyte.
I know you will join me in welcoming Anthony's appointment.

MCCS Sport Carnival
Congratulations to our Girls who placed 3rd in the whole carnival. This is a huge improvement from previous years.
Some of our standouts were Bethany Halmy who smashed the 400m record, Amy Pejkovic in long jump, 100m and 200m, and Katy Johnson for javelin and discus. If you see any members of the team please congratulate them on their performance.
Now for MCC Boy's and the big one - Broken Bay. We shall see how we go.
