St Philip Neri Catholic School serves the parishes of St Philip Neri, Northbridge and St Leonard’s, Naremburn. We follow the enrolment procedures specified in the Catholic Schools Office, Broken Bay Enrolment Policy. Families from both parishes have equal enrolment rights.
Kindergarten Enrolments
In May of each year we accept enrolments for Kindergarten for the following academic year. An interview process follows the receipt of an application. Offers for places are made in writing. It is not necessary to place your child on a waiting list prior to May.
Years 1 to 6 Enrolments
The school accepts enrolments for Years 1 to 6 at any time throughout the year.
Enrolment Priorities and Criteria
Priority in enrolment will be given to:

Those children and families who are known and involved members of either of the local Catholic parish communities. |

The children of Catholic families that have expressed a commitment to support the life of the Catholic school in the parish. |

• |
The children of other Christian families that have expressed a commitment to support the life of the school. |
|
• |
The children of non-Christian families that have expressed a commitment to support the life of the school. |
In considering applications for enrolment, the criteria listed below are considered

the expressed commitment to the religious life of the school in the parish |
|
• |
prior involvement in sacramental programs |
|
• |
prior attendance at a Catholic school |
|
• |
participation in Special Religious Education |
|
• |
espoused values, written references |
|
• |
involvement and commitment to another Christian tradition |
|
• |
commitment to the life of the Catholic school |
We are constrained by numbers of children in each class as to whether or not a place can be offered. Waiting lists are kept for classes exceeding the number limit.

| When submitting an Enrolment Form to St. Philip Neri Catholic Primary School Northbridge please ensure that all sections are fully completed. Applications will not be processed unless they are accompanied with all relevant documents as clearly stated on the Enrolment Form. These include copies of your child’s: |

| The enrolment fee of $66.00 (Cheques made payable to “St. Philip Neri School”) also needs to be forwarded with your application for enrolment. |
| Written acknowledgement will be sent to you upon receipt of a fully completed Enrolment Aplication with accompanying documentation and Enrolment Fee. |
