Serving as a Disciple

Ways of Doing

Creative approaches lead beyond the obvious and allow for a diversity of responses

Process for Engagement

The ministries and programs that had creative approaches had some common key characteristics.

Often the idea started with an individual who felt called or a passion for a particular idea, this idea was then supported and resourced.

There was an intentional inclusion of a wide cross section of people and a genuine commitment to collaboration.

There was also a degree of courage and faith required to commit to expanding the idea to include a variety of participants and to achieve multiple outcomes.
